JUDE gear coupling is a torsionally rigid double-jointed all-steel coupling made of high-quality materials.
The curved teeth on the coupling hub are the heart of the gear coupling. It transmits the torque positively and compensates for axial, radial and angular shaft misalignments.
The curved-tooth coupling is grease-lubricated with a toroidal sealing ring and complies with the international standard.
The reliable lubrication of the crowned teeth ensures high operational safety and a long service life.
The all-steel gear couplings are suitable for horizontal installation. Special versions, e.g. for vertical installation, with intermediate sleeves/shafts for large shaft distances or with length compensation, are also available on request.
The coupling hubs are standard for cylindrical finish bores with keyway, which we insert according to customer specifications. In addition, special bores or profile splines are possible on request.

The application areas of the gear coupling JUDE are mainly applications with high torques and shock-loaded drives.
